Add butter to the mash and mix well. Add milk and mix until smooth. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the mash mixture into an oven dish, spread the grated cheese all over the mash and sprinkle with “a pinch of love”,

Bake at 220 ᵒC for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is slightly golden. Suitable to serve with cooked meats, fish, casseroles and stews.

Tip: To make it crispier, grill for 2-3 minutes at the end.
